Color coating ppgi is also named prepainted galvanized steel coil (short for “ppgi coil”), it use galvanized as substrate. After surface pretreatment(chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), grey ppgi steel coil surface coated with a layer or several layers of coating, through baking and curing, then become the PPGI.In addition to the protection of zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel coil, preventing the steel coil from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel coil.

The paint film that we can do 10-30microns. The higher the paint film, the longer the service life of the color.

The painting material are PE, SMP, HDP, PVDF, ects.
