Short Description:

Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel Coils is short for “PPGL Coil” , it use galvalume as substrate. After surface pretreatment(chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), ppgl steel coil surface coated with a layer or several layers of coating, through baking and curing, then become the PPGL. In addition to the protection of aluzinc layer, the organic coating on the aluzinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel coil, preventing the steel coil from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvalume steel coil.
